Yes. The Zereyak Autoprosthesis™ technique uses only your own breast tissue to create upper-pole fullness — no silicone or foreign material is placed.
Excess tissue from the lower pole is repositioned into the subpectoral plane, creating an “implant-like” fullness supported by the muscle.

It is a surgical technique in which the patient’s own breast tissue is reshaped during breast lift surgery to create a natural internal support. No silicone implant is used: the existing breast tissue is used to obtain a fuller, more lifted and natural-looking breast shape.
No. No silicone implant is used in the Dual-Plane Autoprosthesis technique. Breast volume and shape are created entirely by rearranging the patient’s own breast tissue.
“Autoprosthesis” means using the patient’s own tissue, reshaped like a natural prosthesis, for support. The aim is to create lasting internal support within the breast without any foreign material.
The technique may be suitable in particular for patients with breast sagging, those with volume loss after pregnancy and breastfeeding, those who do not want a silicone implant, those who wish to achieve a natural result with their own tissue, and those with sufficient breast tissue. Definitive suitability is determined after a detailed examination.
In patients with very little breast tissue it may not always be possible to create the desired volume with their own tissue alone. In such cases other surgical options can be considered. The most appropriate method for you will be planned during your examination.
One of the most important aims of the technique is to preserve a natural appearance and a natural tissue feel. Because the patient’s own tissue is used, breast movement and softness may be closer to natural anatomy.
The new breast shape is planned to provide long-term support. However, natural processes such as ageing, gravity, weight changes, pregnancy and breastfeeding may affect breast shape over time.
No breast lift method can guarantee results that never change over a lifetime. However, the internal support mechanism created in the Dual-Plane Autoprosthesis technique aims to help preserve the breast shape for longer in suitable patients.
Although surgical planning varies from person to person, when an appropriate technique is used the milk ducts and breast tissue are preserved as far as possible. As with every breast operation, however, future breastfeeding capacity cannot be fully guaranteed.
Because no silicone implant is used, examinations such as mammography, ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging are generally assessed on natural breast tissue. Regular breast check-ups are still recommended.
Because no silicone implant is used in this technique, implant-specific situations such as implant rupture, capsular contracture or the need for implant exchange do not apply.
Yes. Scars form as a result of the surgical incisions used in breast lift surgery. Their shape and length vary according to the technique applied and the structure of the breast. The visibility of scars usually decreases over time.
Although the duration varies depending on any additional procedures performed, the operation is usually completed within 2.5–4 hours.
Most patients are monitored in hospital for one night after surgery and discharged the following day. In some cases same-day discharge may also be possible.
Patients with desk-based work can usually return to their daily routine within 5–7 days. For heavy exercise and intense physical activity, waiting 4–6 weeks is generally recommended.
Although the breast shape becomes visible soon after surgery, it may take a few months for swelling to subside and for the tissues to settle into their natural form. Final results are usually assessed within 6–12 months.
The essential difference is that the autoprosthesis created from the patient’s own breast tissue is positioned so that it forms a strong internal support system using two different anatomical planes. This aims to provide natural volume, upper-pole support and long-term shape stability without an implant.
